As you may recall, the MAAR office began welcoming members back into the building on Dec. 14. Shortly after, as a result of Shelby County Health Order and Directive No. 16 and Tennessee Executive Order No. 70, as well as a member of staff testing positive for COVID-19, we were forced to discontinue access to members once again.

With the expiration of Shelby County's Health Order and Directive No. 16, we are pleased to announce that the MAAR office reopened today to members during normal business hours, 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. To ensure the safety of our members and staff alike, the previous health restrictions will continue to apply.

No more than five (5) members at a time will be allowed inside the building. Masks and social distancing are mandatory, and all visitors will be required to complete a contact tracing form upon entry. Curbside service will continue for any members who prefer to remain at a distance.

Feel free to call or email staff with any questions. We look forward to welcoming you back—hopefully for good—and we hope to see you again soon!
