Do you have the knowledge and skills it takes to advise your clients on how to properly value and use various smart home technologies? What are the common security and legal considerations associated with buying and selling smart homes?
These questions and many more are addressed in this two-day course, which can be taken on its own or as part of the new RRC Smart Home Certification program.
NOTE: Because of the circumstances regarding COVID-19, this course will be livestreamed on Zoom. Please review our Guidelines for Attending Livestream CE Classes before registering.
Smart Home Certification
The Smart Home Certification, presented by NAR and the Residential Real Estate Council, is for real estate professionals who want to develop expertise in the technology, privacy issues, and best transition tactics involved in selling smart homes.
This certification increases your technical and listing skills as an agent and makes you appealing to potential clients. Additionally, it adds value for the clients you represent by equipping you with the expertise to identify what qualifies as a smart home and advise them on valuing the technology.
This unique program is a free-standing NAR certification that also counts towards earning the CRS Designation.
