About the Conference

This fall, the MAAR Education Foundation presents Learning by the Lake, the 2017 Education Conference. All members are encouraged to join us at the FedEx Event Center at Shelby Farms Park for this one-day conference. Learning by the Lake was planned by the MAAR Education Foundation with our members' professional development in mind. With 7 hours of CE credit and 4 national speakers, it's sure to have something for everyone.

The Conference will begin with a keynote presentation, followed by three two-hour sessions. Each session will feature two concurrent courses. Registrants must choose one course to attend for each session.

Light breakfast and lunch will be provided for all attendees.

Learn how to market properly to get the maximum number of referrals and how to strategically go after additional lead sources. Course Cancellation Policy

Registrants may cancel a course anytime prior to the beginning of the course and receive a full refund. If the registrant fails to cancel prior to the beginning of the course, no refund will be issued, but they may transfer the funds within 5 business days to a course of equal value. In the case of a free course, registrants who fail to cancel prior to the beginning of the course will be charged a $15 fee.
