Description:

Tax laws have a major impact on the business of real estate, and with the recent Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017, there are significant changes that every REALTOR® should understand. At this brand new regional summit, you can join tax professionals and REALTORS® from your area who will discuss the tax laws, changes, and strategies that will help with your 2018 tax filings. In addition, our group of distinguished experts will review the impact the new tax laws have on primary residences and residential investment properties.

This Summit includes:

  • 8 CE Hours of CRS Education
  • Continental Breakfast
  • Lunch with Keynote Speaker
  • Networking Lunch
  • Networking Reception
  • Panel Discussions

This two-day event not only gives you the newest tax law information, but also shows you what REALTORS® near you are doing to make the most of it. This summit qualifies for 8 credit hours toward CRS Designation or designation maintenance.
