The e-PRO Certification Course is an educational program unlike any other professional certification or designation course available, comprehensive and Interactive. It is sponsored by the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION of REALTORS® and is specifically designed to help real estate professionals thrive in the competitive world of online real estate.
Technology Services
The MAAR Technology Services staff offers members the highest levels of technical support, training and technology consultation and assistance.
Services include phone, e-mail and remote desktop support for MLS and MAARdata, a wide array of MLS training courses, real estate technology continuing education curriculum, online learning tutorials and one-on-one training and consultation. MAAR also hosts various real estate technology events and seminars to help members increase their understanding of technology and how to use it to benefit their business. E-mail support is offered after hours and on weekends by e-mailing techsupport@maar.org. (Note: In order to best resolve problems and questions via e-mail, please be as specific as possible.)
To resolve more complex issues related to members' computer hardware and software, MAAR technical support offers remote desktop support with WebInteractiveT online software, which allows MAAR's technical support staff to view member's computer screens remotely through a high speed Internet connection in order to assist with MLS-related problems and training needs. MAAR Computer Lab Training and Education
MAAR offers a wide range of MLS training and
general technology education courses to help members increase their understanding
of technology and how to use it to benefit their businesses. Course topics
include MLS and MAARdata training, Windows and file management fundamentals,
Internet and e-mail basics, advanced document creation, Web marketing,
digital camera and photo editing and wireless/handheld computing. Most
technology courses are taught in the MAAR Computer Lab, which is equipped
with 12 Windows XP Dell Dimension computers with Microsoft Office Professional
productivity software and CD creation/DVD viewing hardware and software.
